• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or certification (e.g., ASE certification) preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair or equivalent training.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and complete ongoing training.
